Free Estimates
Let’s meet at your property, show me what needs to be done, I will take notes and get back to you with a written estimate to complete the job. If you prefer I can give you a pre-estimate on-site so you can have a quick idea of the labor and material cost for the job.
Agreement
I do my best to keep my prices affordable, and the materials at best quality. However, sometimes is needed to make adjustments to the estimate! That is ok! Let’s get to a final agreement and move on to the next step to get your rental property fully functional for the next tenant .
Completion
It is usual that after the completion of the job, Landlords and homeowners want to add new items to the estimate. That is ok, we can work this out and make those extra last-minute changes or revisions to the home improvement project. Your 100% satisfaction is my ultimate Goal.

Antonio Hernandez, I have lived and served Miami Beach since 2001.
I have been working as a home improvement contractor for over 20 years. My main line of work has been painting and repairing apartments for rent. When landlords receive the apartment back from tenants. The units need to be ready for the next tenant ASAP. That is when I come in and do my best to make the apartment look new promptly.
Landlords rely on my work to keep their apartments updated and fully functional. That is what I do and will continue to do for my clients.
